13/04/10 - Artichoke or Mushroom SurpriseFor 3 people, Preparation : 20 mn Ingredients: • 400 g BRANDADE de NIMES (Creamed salt cod) • 8 artichoke bottoms or 6 large mushrooms (porcini or button mushrooms) • 1 tbsp oil • 1 knob butter • 4 cloves garlic • 100 g grated gruyère (or breadcrumbs) • 1 tbsp crème fraîche (soured cream) • 3 thin slices streaky bacon • salt and pepper (Blanch the artichoke bottoms). Gently fry 6 artichoke bottoms or 6 mushroom caps in the oil and butter. Fry on both sides until golden, then drain on a kitchen towel. |
